Drum Brigade Drumsticks are made from 1st rate American Hickory. They come in three different sizes 5B (Largest), 5A (Medium), and 7a (Smallest). We recommend 5B sticks for large hands, heavy playing (Rock, Punk, etc), or drummers that like a larger feeling stick. 5A are right in the middle as far as size (Rock, Funk, etc). And 7A we recommend for smaller hands or smaller kids (Light playing, Jazz, etc.). Adults can use 7A as well, its just a smaller feeling stick. The Drum Brigade Sticks don't just look cool, the serve a purpose as well. The multi colored butt end play a roll in where and how to grip your drum stick. Each stick should be held showing color on the back side of the drummers hand.
